Hey everyone,
My site just got suspended and I’m not sure why. I’ve got about 7 hosting credits in my account and I don’t think I’m breaking any ToS. Checked my cPanel and everything looks fine from my end.
Is there something I’m missing? Or is this just an automated script acting up? Any advice appreciated.
Sorry to hear that! The best place to get this sorted is the Unsuspension Requests topic pinned in the Hosted Members section.
There’s a link to the Help Desk there – please submit your request through that. The staff will review your account and get you back online if everything checks out. Don’t post in this thread for unsuspension; use the official process.
