Lastly, I’m undecided between Plan 7s, 9s, or Freedom. With the paid plans (7s and 9s), is there an extra fee to point additional domains? I have two domains registered with GoDaddy and want to use them both with Xisto. I don’t want unexpected costs like other hosts that charge to point domains.

CPU & script limits – Xisto does have resource limits, but they’re much more generous than PowWeb’s 60‑second timeout. For paid plans (7s/9s) you get around 30–40 seconds max execution and a reasonable CPU load cap. The free Freedom plan is stricter – if you run heavy scripts, you’ll hit limits faster. But for light to moderate PHP work, both paid plans handle it fine.
File size limit – That 15 MB PHP upload limit is a server‑wide setting and you can’t override it via php.ini or .htaccess. It applies to any file uploaded through a PHP script. If you need larger uploads, you’d have to use FTP directly (no limit there) or split files. For most sites 15 MB is enough, but if you’re hosting video or big archives, it’s a nuisance.
Webmail – Yes, all plans include three webmail clients by default: Roundcube, SquirrelMail, and Horde. They’re pre‑installed and configurable from cPanel. No extra setup needed.
Domain pointing – On Plan 7s and 9s, you can park or add‑on additional domains at no extra charge. The catch is that “additional domain” means an add‑on domain (separate website) – you get one free add‑on domain on 7s, two on 9s. Parked domains (just redirects) are unlimited. Freedom plan only allows one domain total. So with two domains from GoDaddy, Plan 9s is the sweet spot – you can host both as separate sites without any hidden fees.
