I’m currently working on a personal project — a website I’m building from scratch to practice my CSS and PHP skills. As part of the project, I need a simple logo. I’m not a graphic designer myself, so I was wondering if there are any forums or communities where student designers offer their services for free to build their portfolios?
I’m happy to return the favor by helping with web design or coding if anyone needs that. It’s all about mutual learning and growth.
What I’m Looking For:
- A clean, simple logo (text + icon style)
- Minimalist design, something modern
- Preferably vector format (SVG or AI)
Platforms I’ve Considered:
- Canva – great for DIY, but I want something more original
- Dribbble – mostly paid work
- Reddit – subreddits like r/freedesign or r/logoDesign, but activity varies
Does anyone know of dedicated student communities or forums where new designers offer free logo work in exchange for experience? I’d love to collaborate and help each other out.
