USA Basketball: Are We Still Dominating Without the Big Stars?

So USA basketball kicks off today with the US vs. Puerto Rico.

I’ve been hearing that a lot of the big stars—guys like Kobe and Shaq—aren’t playing. Is that true?

If so, are we still going to be good enough to crush everyone by 50 points? Maybe now it’ll actually be interesting and we’ll only win by 20…

Lebron James and Tim Duncan are the only ones I see who actually look ready to bring home gold.

lol USA got hammered by Puerto Rico! What happened to that 50-point win you were talking about? Maybe those stars weren’t as important as everyone thought, huh?

USA is so arrogant—they never send a full-strength team to the Olympics. It serves them right for losing. They’re nowhere in the Olympics now, so hahaha! Maybe next time they’ll actually take it seriously.
