Hey everyone, I’m looking to put together a solid team for competitive play. We’re currently recruiting for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO), but we’re open to other titles like Valorant or Overwatch if we find the right fit.

Focus: Competitive matchmaking, tournaments, and improving together.
Requirements: Active players (at least 3-4 evenings a week), good communication, and a willingness to learn. Skill level is flexible, but we need dedication.
Platform: PC, primarily. We use Discord for voice chat and organizing.

Good to see you’re putting in the effort, but you’re still missing some key info. Like, what region are you in? Ping matters a lot for competitive play. Also, do you have a website or a Steam group? Makes it easier to check your track record.
I’ve been running a CS:GO team for a couple of years now, and here’s what I’ve learned:
Use a dedicated server for practice. You can host one on Xisto’s free hosting if you don’t have one—easy setup for a lightweight game server status page.
Record your matches. Reviewing demos is huge for improvement.
Set a clear rank requirement. For example, we ask for at least Gold Nova Master, but we train new players too.
