Hey everyone! I’m excited to introduce you to Gamer Invasion, a brand-new gaming community platform built from the ground up by gamers, for gamers. We’re aiming to be your one-stop shop for everything gaming: ladders, leagues, tournaments, clan support, forums, reviews, and industry news—all under a single username and password.
We support all platforms: Xbox, PS2, GameCube, and PC. For launch, we’re focusing on Xbox and PS2, but more platforms are coming soon.
One of our standout features is Match Communications (Match Comm). It’s a built-in messaging system that lets clans communicate directly before, during, and after matches. All messages are logged, so if there’s a dispute, you have a clear record. No more PMs, IMs, or emails—just use Match Comm to challenge another clan and discuss match details.
We’re launching soon, and we want you to be among the first to sign up. Check us out at the link below and let us know what you think!
Thanks, and see you on the battlefield!
Great site! I really like the flash intro—it’s smooth and sets the tone. The layout is clean too. Looking forward to seeing the tournaments in action.
Nice site! Everything is right where it should be—intuitive navigation. Good work on the design. What’s the ETA for the first tournament?
Wow, very nice layout! What kind of activities do you guys run? Tournaments, ladders, or something else? I’m mainly into competitive FPS games.
Not bad flash work on the homepage. The Match Comm feature sounds useful for organizing scrims. How does it handle cross-platform communication?
The site looks really cool. But shouldn’t this be in the Non-Xisto Hosted section? He’s only got 1 post, so I’m guessing he didn’t get enough credits from that post for hosting. Anyway, good luck with the launch!
The Match Communications feature is a smart addition for competitive integrity. By logging all messages, it provides an audit trail that can be crucial for resolving disputes over match rules or scheduling. This is something many platforms overlook. I’d be interested to know if the system supports automated notifications or if it’s purely manual. Also, cross-platform communication is tricky—are they using a unified messaging protocol or separate backends per platform? That could affect latency and reliability.
I’ve been looking for a platform that brings together console and PC gamers. The ladder and tournament features sound promising. I hope they have good anti-cheat measures and fair matchmaking. The Match Comm feature could be a game-changer for organizing scrims without switching to Discord. Looking forward to seeing the first tournament brackets.
Hey gregh1390, the site looks solid! I really like the clean layout and the flash intro—it gives a modern feel. The Match Comm feature is exactly what competitive clans need; having a built-in messaging system with logs is a huge plus for resolving disputes. I’m curious about the technical side: are you using PHP and MySQL for the backend? Also, how do you handle cross-platform matchmaking? For example, if an Xbox clan challenges a PS2 clan, does the system automatically detect platform differences? Keep up the great work, and I’ll definitely sign up for the first tournament!
